Hospitality
The friendly faces you see as you enter a Circles’ meeting are members of the Hospitality Team. They are responsible for creating the welcoming environment that we have all come to know and love at Circles. Volunteer opportunities include set-up, welcoming guests, serving meals, and clean-up.
Meal Providers
We rely on generous meal donors to provide a hearty meal each week for our Circles Leaders, Allies, and volunteers. It’s not just about the food… it’s about the sense of unity in sharing a meal together. Volunteer opportunities include purchasing and/or preparing a cafeteria-style meal. *Great for groups!*
Childrens’ Programming
Support the children of our Circle Leaders during program nights. While parents are engaged in classes and meeting with their support teams, you can make a real difference by helping with fun, age-appropriate learning activities that build confidence, teach important life skills, and foster meaningful relationships.
Resource Teams
Join a behind-the-scenes volunteer team where you can share specific skills/knowledge with Circle Leaders. Areas of assistance often needed include resume or business plan development, applying for a mortgage or loan, seeking legal or financial advice, or simply obtaining a contact within an agency or organization.
Big View
Help lead programs and support efforts in our community to address systemic poverty. This work is about more than just providing support—it's about partnering with others to challenge the systems that perpetuate poverty and helping build pathways to opportunity, dignity, and lasting change.
Share Your Skills
We're looking for volunteers with specialized skills and willing to use their expertise to support families working to overcome poverty.
